If you already own a belt, measure its circumference at the tightest setting and choose a size where this measurement falls in the middle of our range.

If you do not have a belt, measure your waist (while bracing) at the point where the belt will sit—just above the navel. Please avoid using your trouser waist measurement. We recommend selecting a size where your measurement falls in the middle of the guide.

It’s not just great for static lifts but also for dynamic exercises like loading events. The belt is easy to adjust, which is perfect because sometimes I need it a bit tighter or looser depending on the exercise. One of the best features is that it’s sweat-resistant and trust me, I sweat a lot during workouts! Plus, it’s easy to clean, which is great since I use a lot of chalk while training.
