Does it actually taste like tea? 

Yes! And that was a non-negotiable for us. The Rise Blend tastes like a light, refreshing green tea with a hint of raspberry and lemon. The Rest Blend is warm and gently spiced with apple and cinnamon. Because we use hydrolysed protein peptides rather than standard protein powder, there's no chalky aftertaste.

Can I get enough protein from the tea alone?

Plant Forged ProTEAnTM isn't designed to replace your entire protein intake – it's designed to fill the gaps. Each cup delivers +7g of protein. If you drink both blends daily, that's more than 14g from your morning and evening ritual alone. Combined with protein-rich meals, it makes hitting your daily target significantly easier without adding any extra effort.

Is creatine suitable for women?

Does the Rise Blend containe caffeine?

Yes. The Rise Blend contains Australian green tea, which provides a gentle, natural caffeine lift. It's significantly less than coffee and delivers a calm, focused energy without the jitters. The Rest Blend is caffeine-free, making it safe to enjoy before bed.

How do I brew it correctly?

Place your tea bag in a large mug, add 300ml of water heated to 80–85°C (not boiling – this preserves the protein and botanicals), and brew for at least 4 minutes. Drink hot or let it cool over ice. That's it. No blending, no measuring, no fuss.

Are both blends completely vegan?

Yes, completely. Both the Rise and Rest blends are 100% vegan, contain no artificial colours, no artificial flavours and no preservatives. Just purposeful plant-based ingredients, nothing more.
