Does it actually taste like tea? 

Yes! And that was a non-negotiable for us. The Rise Blend tastes like a light, refreshing green tea with a hint of raspberry and lemon. The Rest Blend is warm and gently spiced with apple and cinnamon. Because we use hydrolysed protein peptides rather than standard protein powder, there's no chalky aftertaste.
