We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Here's everything you need to know before and after you place your order.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Tip: Order before 12pm AEST on a business day for same-day dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia
• Standard shipping: 2–6 business days after dispatch
• Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary for rural and remote addresses. WA and NT may take an additional 2–3 business days.
International
• Standard international: 7–20 business days after dispatch
• Delivery times vary by destination country, customs processing, and local carriers

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, grouped into weight tiers. Your exact cost will be shown before payment — no surprises.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly via:
• Australia Post (domestic): auspost.com.au/mypost
• Your tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email
If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
International Orders & Customs
We ship internationally and want your experience to be smooth. Please be aware of the following:
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates
• These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority — unfortunately, we have no visibility or control over these costs
• We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs forms and cannot mark orders as 'gifts' to avoid duties
• Customs processing can occasionally add additional delays beyond the estimated delivery window
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you're unsure about potential charges.
Delivery & Safe Drop
Our carrier partners will attempt delivery to your nominated address. If you're not home:
• A card may be left with redelivery or collection instructions
• You may be able to request 'safe drop' (authority to leave) via Australia Post's app or website after receiving your tracking number
If you request safe drop or authority to leave, please note that Plant Forged accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of parcels once they have been delivered to your address.
For added peace of mind, we recommend shipping to a work address or a location where someone will be available to receive your order.
Work address tip: Always include the company name and floor/level number to avoid returns.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost
• Redelivery charges apply at the standard shipping rate
• If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@plantforged.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch
Digital Products
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive an automated download link via email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Access is lifetime for as long as the product remains available
• All digital product sales are final — no refunds apply
• If you experience any issues with your digital download, contact us and we'll sort it out
